I have found that if I have no funds in my paypal account, or not enough to cover the entire order, the payment goes out quickly with additional funds from my credit card.

If I've got enough money in there to cover the order, it takes aaaaages!!!!

Still waiting for them to charge me for some Time Delay I got with the 500 points on each item. This was weeks ago!!!

Still - I have already exchanged them at Boots for Clinique and kept the points, so I can't grumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl:

I was too good to Boots. I have noticed that Boots didn't charge my paypal account on 18 July. Made 2 orders on the same day.

On the first order I did return items cost around £30 back to Boots. Contacted them several times about this, in order to make sure I have got my refund back. Finally, a customer service assistant told me that Boots can't give me the refund, as they didn't take money from my paypal account.

I even asked to confirm that Boots would not take any more from my paypal account regarding to that order. She confirmed to me that Boots can't do that as the paypal authorisation for that transaction has already been expired. I was not happy to get the rest of my order for free. So I asked her to pay the rest by my credit card for £19.99.

Now I felt so upset. For that order Boots charged me £51.49. Then I did return goods worth £31.50 and paid extra £19.99. So I totally paid to Boots for £102.98 for £19.99 things.

Will make a phone call to CS tomorrow morning.

Hi all,

Have just checked through my mums paypal and she has a payment from 19th July came off yesterday 16/9/07 but more interesting she has one from June showing as expired. Does this means she will get charged for this too or as it has expired can they no longer take the money for it.

Edited - Upon closer inspection this morning i have 2 lots of payments should have come off my oh debit card from 16 july and 1 august that have not come off yet either so looks like card is not safe either. All the ones that have not come off yet are showing as "This shipment is being processed" is it the same for everyone else status wise.

I bought some electricals yesterday and part paid by Paypal and the rest from my debit card. I have just seen this thread and checked my account. It says 'pending'. How long should it take to complete? Should I be contacting them?

The probs i had with my paypal payment also showed the order as 'being processed'in my account and still did last night when i looked. I will look again now.

Any sign of new vouchers like the skncare ones on their way?

Yep, mine is still showing the same.. it was an order with mouthwash in. Are all these funny ones with the mouthwash when it was on 200pts free?

One of mine is mouthwash too. The other is R&M.

Wotnext - I would not worry yet. My payment usually come off within 2 days. If the payment is not off by the time you get your order delivered i would then phone up.

i have phoned boots cs and they are phoning me back they tried to say i have to take it up with paypal as they have sent the payment...................... I stood my ground and 34 minutes later she says she can't understand it and that there are refunds to my paypal account for all different amounts, I asked for more details whilst i had pages open with boots orders and paypal and they are not in my paypal............. She is going to ring me back.....................I would like this sorted today though i'm off bootsing tommorrow :rotfl:

phoned back..........i have just spoken to a senior advisor, who is also baffled as my order number for one of the orders goes through paypal at one amount but shows on boots as another for half the amount???? She said she is resending some of my items that I haven't recieved, when i get a phone call from the finance dept. they might be able to help, i will insist on a refund to my bank card if poss i don't want boots in paypal again. 447 pounds is a lot of money!!!
