    Hi All
    Just starting getting into "Bootsing"!
And when I went to use the ATM yesterday, my offers said they are running a promotion where random card holders can win a 1000 voucher.
So I pressed "Print Voucher".....and the screen said "Congratulations! Take this voucher to a till and £10 worth of points will be added!"
And it was!!:rotfl: Now got over £60 of points, ready for Xmas shopping on 3 for 2's!
    So have a go!
    Regards
    VC

Well done Vancat:j I didn't win:( My daughter hasn't used her card for a while though, so Will get her to check to see if she has won!

    Went bargain hunting in Edinburgh,

    First tried Craigleith,got 3 No7 lippys on 342 and 40p each so 3 for 80p:j

Also Botanics fake tan for 30p ,got a few of those!

Piz buin face SPF4 at 40p!

Nothing else worth having,I got the last 3 unbashed lippys the other were all squashed!

Then at the Gyle ,no reduced stuff anywhere!

Saw a nice wee make-up bag GWP of Loreal so treated myself to a lippy and 2 nail varnishes for my holidays! I love Loreal Invincible Lipsticks as they really last well. When I got to the till the bag wouldn't go through but SA just put it in my bag:D .After leaving I realised that the lippy went through as 50p:D .
I went back in for more but the other 2 shades I chose went through at £7.99:confused: .Never mind I used my points so really free!
Then went back to get more of the first shade:j Only 2 left so got those, and some Botanics Buffers and wipes:j

So, all in all a good day ,I am well stocked in lippys now and 2 new nail varnishes for my holidays.Oh and a cute little white leather look make-up bag with some brushes and a mirror in it!
    :j I love bargains:j

It was all upstairs, there was a wisper that yesterday was the last day though, so not sure if they have taken it all off the shelves today - can anyone confirm??

There was still loads of stuff left when I went today, although it is going down fast. Still loads of make-up though.

I went for an eye test in Boots 3 weeks ago and was told all eye tests are free now when I was going to use the voucher. They claim it back from the government or something. HTH

Not for everyone - only for certain illnessses (diabetes, glaucoma).

Still have to be prepared to pay (or present a voucher!)

I've had glasses from there - they have quite a good range. Also had Bogof on some of £99 & over range.

Only new to MSE but could I just ask - what mailings? I have had an advantage card for years and have never had any mailings!

when you applied for it you may have ticked the box to not receive information through the post, some people see this as junk mail but it would also include any offers and coupons. i think you can get that changed though:)
  • Thanks - Any idea how I change it - can I just e-mail them do you think?
