If I use a £5 no7 voucher at the Xmas shopping evening tonight, will it be included in the £50 spend for an extra 1000 points?

    Hi everyone,

Looking for some quick help here - all you bootsers are more advanced than I am so can maybe make more sense of this receipt than I can!

Ok, so went to Boots today for the christmas event and bought:

    Perfume - £40
Lipgloss - £14 (got free gift)
    3 for 2 on gifts
    Lipgloss
    Nivea Set

The woman had a bit of trouble with the free gift with the perfume and lipgloss and ended up having to take it off and re-scan. In the mix up she re-scanned the Nivea set too (adding another £6.65) I didnt notice this so my total came to £94. I thought to myself, I may as well add another £6 to get the 2000 points. So picked another lipgloss to bring total to £100.29. I also had a double points coupon to see if there was any extra points. The lady scanned this but said she thought it wasnt going through and scanned it a couple of times.

So.... on my receipt, it says:

    ***Offer Points***

    1000acp wys 50
    1000acp wys 50
    1000acp wys 50
    1000 acp wys 50

    Points received 400
    *offer points* 6000
    Double points 400
    New points 7545

I only had £7 on this card before I went in.

Has this added my online order that I made the other day too? (1000 for Olay?) or should this still be added on?

Thanks for your help in advance

I also thought the double points coupon has doubled the extra Xmas points.

But anyway, well done on a fabulous shop! :rotfl:

right i hope this is right -

    3x 1000points for £20 spend = 3000points
    4points per£1 = 240
    double points coupn = 240
    shopping evening points = 1000

    = £44.80 in points

    possible 300points for £40 spend acm = 300
possible 500points olay parenting club voucher = 500

so a possible £52.80 back in points for £60 spend.

    hope this is right.
  • i havent been on here in ages. my points have almost all gone now - i only have about £60 left

it was £200 at its highest so i am very sad now.

i was planning on treating myself to some perfume but maybe not now.

quick question - does anybody actually know what the arden £39 gift is like and what it has in it?

    thanks.
  • Lol thats wot your points are given for to use lol

Off to event tonight to buy xmas pressies (will be over 8 months preg at xmas, so going for the 'smash and grab' approach to most xmas presents).

Have voucher from parenting club for 500 points on £10 of baby stuff. Small print says can't be used with any other instore points offer.

Has anyone used this successfully with the 1000 points on £50?

    thanks
    Now proud Mumto3 :j
