but read the print next to it...what should i do??? do you think i should take it back???
I would phone one of their stores and ask whether there is a problem with it - on reflection it might be better to ring customer services as yesterday I wanted to purchase a DKNY Women perfume ans asked an sa for help, she told me the prices of the two large bottles but I noticed a smaller one that was on offer but she said no that's TOGO, it's a different one. I went to another shop, asked the prices and she brought all three out. I asked about the TOGO one and she just looked at me and said - it's the same, it's a small bottle to it's to go!!! So I think you'd be better phoning customer services. It WAS confusing.

  • i've always found boots to be quite strict when it comes to their coupons. you will probably have to use them over 2 transactions as i've never been able to use 2 together, even when buying 2 products.
  • If you are looking at the least amount of money to pay ontop of the £5 voucher then either the 4 in 1 wipes, which are quite good (IMO) are £6.25 ( so £1.25 to pay) or nail varnish is £6.50, leaving £1.50 to pay. you could always have a look at the website and see what else takes your fancy? Christmas is coming up so buy stocking fillers for people you know? Or treat yourself to some facial wipes, moisturiser ,cleanser etc . I loved their moisture wash but they don't make it anymore. I used a £5 voucher on eye cream that cost £8 so I saved £3. You're not allowed to use more than one voucher per transaction! Unfair

  • Yes - looking for the bext way to get items - I know I will have to do in 2 transactions - but just wondered - what were the best bargains.

Will have a look on the website and see what I can find.
  • popped into my local small boots after dropping ds1 at playschool and bought a couple of Heinz baby food for ds2. Didn't realise until I got home that one of them is out of date - sept 11th 2007! Slightly miffed until I actually realised this is the 3rd time this year I have bought out of date baby food from boots. Once at cribbs causeway, this time and the other was the 5mths out of date baby rice from boots.com x 4 packs.I phoned cust serv and the guy said they would ask the store manager to phone me back, unusual tactic I thought? Anyways store manager phoned me back and said oh just pop it in and well have a quick chat and give you a replacement. I know I'm gonna open a can of worms here (BTW I do make majority of ds2 food, I buy jars etc for when he stays with granny/nanny etc) but does anyone else not think they should be taking this matter slightly more seriously, as I myself have purchased out of date baby food 3 times this year alone?
