I had a delivery this morning from Boots and I have a toy in there that I did not order or pay for!. My other items are all there so who do I contact about this other item.
    Thanks[/

I decided to ring boots Customer Care and thet were so rude, first they expected me to package it up and take it to the Post office. It was is a huge box with lots of other items and I was not about to try and carry this to the post office. Then eventually she said she would get a courier to collect it tomorrow and I would have to fill in the returns paperwork. I have children to get to school and she said she couldn`t tell me a time for the courier. She made me feel like it was my fault and huffed and puffed at my refusal to send it back via the post. I even offered to return it to a store but she was having none of it. I did the honest thing by calling them and was made to feel like a criminal. They do not encourage honesty thats for sure. Sorry to moan but I can not believe how rude she was. I don`t think I will be ordering from Boots.com again.

NICKYS32 I would't have bothered ringing them in the first place tbh.

  • At the Boots christmas events, do you get the extra 1000 points off the total before reductions or the total after reductions. Many thanks.

  • I did an online order and in it i ordered the musical crackers (£10 bogof). They arrived on Friday and the boxes were both very squashed and so were some of the crackers (still useable). I rand cs just to warn them for future customers and they said they will send me replacements at no cost to me-yeah! So 4 boxes of crackers for £10!
  • Hi all, Just a quick question:

Have any of you actually been given the usual type of voucher for £5.00 No7,Ruby & Millie etc or have you just been getting the receipt version? I've purchased some off Ebay but i heard a lady who works in Boots saying that they had been replaced by the til spit version!?
I'd be grateful for any feedback as i don't fancy being told that the vouchers i'm trying to spend are infact not being used now!:o
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:
