Sounds like you have a lot to going on at the moment Bob. Go easy on yourself and think positively. I have every faith the business will pick up soon, we're just coming out of the winter months and people are emerging from their hibernation and looking forward to doing more, so hopefully those bookings are shortly to be pouring in!
As for the possible extra work, if you decide you need to do it, just mind you don't wear yourself out doing so as you'll be no good to run the business either.
Hugs

Bob! You sound as organised and busy as ever.
Yay to the bookings, that's great and I'm sure you'll hit your April target.
Food wise, you're doing well.
I think it's great that you're organising for when you're eventually debt free, its great to build up the funds.0 -
You sound busy busy busy, I hope you reach your target soon so you can relax a bit. And I know what you mean about the PADs - it's one of the reasons I haven't gone for that option, as I know it would make life more difficult in some ways.Trying to figure out a whole new life. Trying to figure out a whole new budget.
Divorcing, unclear on final debt total right now, but focusing on building a financial buffer zone.0 -

Thanks TOPM I don't know whether I've done good or bad pushing us so hard. It's ironic that I've only stopped because I'm now worried about money even more than usual!" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Believe me NOA I don't want to take on outside work. But being left with a gaping hole in my budget for April means one way or another filling it. You know the game, if you don't pay the business bills there is no business. Hence my past situation getting into personal debt to pay wages and stock.
Thank you. MIL has spent all of the last week in hospital. Her underlying condition was causing issues. They've moved her op up thankfully. They kept trying to send her home! To a husband who is barely coping with his own medical woes. But he and she both dug their heels in and said no! She can't go home till they make her feel well again. Hopefully the op will do that.

I know exactly - it is really hard. You are doing brilliantly juggling it all.
Good for them! all the best wishes for a speedy op and recovery.
