If BF is a cab driver, could you slip a colleague £200 to get you to Manchester?

Not very money saving when the total cost of flying to Manchester is £130 :A

We've decided on flying to Manchester....£130 for both of us with British airways....not bad at all!!!

One way? Please also check you haven't booked a hand luggage only fare if you need hold bags. Might seem obvious, but given the reason for the thread it might just be worth double checking now.
  • MST is Maastricht - are you sure you are flying from Manchester?
Yes it's definitely Manchester I just wasn't sure of the 3 letters representing it!

Sorry I meant that price for each of us. There is a cigar get for luggage but I can travel light and squeeze it all into one suitcase!

We dont all live near to London. I fly from Gatwick frequently and it is a 4 hour drive for us.

I know that is a bit off topic but just pointing out it was never the end of the world

Pity that you didn't seriously investigate getting there and back by train or Megabus... if booked in advance, that can cost as little as twenty pounds per person each way.

Yikes -your cheap holiday is turning out to be anything but!

Rather than buy another set of domestic flights from MAN to cover your return, it might be worth throwing away the return portion of your holiday flights (PMI/MAN) and looking to book new one way tickets from Palma back into Gatwick, Luton or Southend.

Make sure you leave enough time between flights, if your flight to MAN is delayed or cancelled and you miss your "connection" the airline is not obliged to rebook you.
