bank payed unauthorised payments to Netflix

hi sorry not been back to update have been very poorly

update is netflix agreed to cancel the account that had been set up and stopped any future payments.

my bank refunded me my money with a little extra for inconvenience and changed my cards and reassured me they will make sure this time old cards are cancelled and cannot be used

to answer some questions here..the card was my old bank card used more than 2 years ago before the bank cancelled it by changing my account and issuing me another card so the old card should never have been authorised by them..they admit that was wrong and that it wont happen again

it did take some emails to them and a phone call to netflix to sort it all but all good now i hope

still very unsure how anybody had my card details at all ...all i can think of is it was someone who id paid in the past somehow who kept my details..its all very very strange..
