If Tesco tried to sue for damage - we would counter sue for dangerous / hidden / badly positioned wall -there are numerous scrapes /paint left on the wall !!

So it was the fault of the stationary object? Let us know when that comes to court!

How was it hidden? By some object that your wife was happy to drive through?

Tesco on Allerton road in Liverpool had a beautiful multicoloured (painted by car sills/doors) raised curb where cars exited the petrol station to head to the main car park. I guess they received too many complaints as it was removed completely a year or 2 ago. I wonder which bright spark suggested they install them at multiple sites....

Tesco can put a wall anywhere they like on their own private property, subject to planning permission. You're under no obligation to park or shop there.

It was hidden by a timegate - ie it only existed in the 1990's !
