Do you think they are acting to confirm the bias of a few hundred HPC posters :rotfl: Wake Up !!!!!!!
The end of the world brigade will be buying their news from providers telling them the end of the world is nigh. And vice versa. If you think the link you provided is nothing more than an accurate reporting of the facts then you are supremely naive.
Let's not forget you provided a link to DB after I said my monthly housing costs were, again, much cheaper as a result of owning rather than renting. When faced with an inconvenient truth you always resort to tangential trolling - what are you trying to avoid?
What size of crash do you need to breakeven? How much do you expect it to be affected by DB?0 -

If/ when you ever get around to reviewing the costs of your housing short let us know how sales volume feature in the calculations.0 -
For all those perma prop bulls who think there will never be another dip in property this IS THE DIP that is just starting now.

Who is saying they will never be another dip? They will always be corrections, please identity the posters that you refer to.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

Yeah, I would like to meet them as well, dips are one thing, predictions of sub £100k averages are quite another...0 -

Is he a sock puppet of the joker? I'm currently in hospital and have just read all 55 pages of the thread "CRASH CRASH CRASH" He's just posting the exact same drivel and terminology as him and the other PPR'd loon Brisk3.
I don't think there is anyone on this forum that has ever stated that prices permanently increase. Clearly a very poor troll.0 -

I dont even think it trolling.
The HPC crash brigade are at one end of the extreme views on the market, so far their prediction has cost them a huge amount of opportunity cost.
To keep themselves happy they set up a strawman that anyone who doesn't believe there will be a 50% downward correction (like them) MUST believe that house prices go up permanently (I haven't seen anyone on this forum who believes that, corrections happen, do I think we'll see 50% reductions, no), and then when there is a correction, they jump on it with "I told you so!"
