How low will property go?

We've been here many times. What you call a prediction is nothing more than an expression of your wishes because you're two decades into being long cash and short housing.
..and you'll exit the next crash in exactly the same way as you exited the last crash - long cash and short property.
I was thinking about Cells' suggestion that a good moneymaking plan would be to sell house crash insurance to the fearful. I was thinking about this - it already exists and it's called rent.
So Crashy Time wish for something, and LO the media respond with stories that back up that wish! :rotfl::rotfl: That`s pretty mental, even for you :rotfl:0 -

And you "honestly thought" this in 2015 too...
Do you "honestly think" you are going to be third time lucky and there'll be a serious financial meltdown in 2016?Every generation blames the one before...

No I think you missed my response, which was:chucknorris wrote: »I will provide at exchange, if I forget please remind me. It is a cash buyer so might not take that long.
Are you really saying that you have invested more wisely than I have, because you predicted the future better than I did?:rotfl:Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

The media are there to confirm people's biases - that's how they make money. You use the media like a crutch. Man of your age shouldn't be so naive.0 -

As if the guy/girl in the street has any interest in Deutsche Bank (who?) :rotfl:They are just reporting the actual state of the financial system, hence all the awkward looking slightly sweaty suits on Bloomberg over the last few days, they make their money from click-bait celebrity toss nowadays. Do you think they are acting to confirm the bias of a few hundred HPC posters :rotfl: Wake Up !!!!!!!0 -

No, I am saying you missed the sweet spot to get out of the biggest property bubble in history with maximum profit and away from answering phone calls about blocked drains for the rest of your life :rotfl:0 -

Says the man who sold near the bottom of the market in the 90's:rotfl: so your opinion on timing the property market isn't worth much is it? You have always thought that it's a great time to sell, that's why you haven't made any money from property. But how many times do I have to explain to you, that I am more focused on income than capital gain, you are far too obsessed with house prices.
As for an easier lifestyle, I drop down to one day a week at work this December, so that is taken care of.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
