Wrong something has been fixed, now the people will not stand for another bailout.
I know you want the economy trashed so your silver might be worth a bit more but I don't think that's what the majority want.

Another month passes and another month where buying turned out to be cheaper than renting. Again. Gets a bit boring after a while but don't those savings soon add up?

Eventually you get to the stage where you wonder why you wasted headspace thinking about house prices. Most people don't need to think about them more than a couple dozen times in a lifetime. If that.

As I recall he's on housing benefit and doesn't have a bean to his name.

One of those who who will be very disappointed when the next crash comes and there's still no chance he can buy.

You stand out as someone who needs to think (and post on the internet) about them multiple times a day :rotfl:

I honestly think things are shaping up for a serious financial meltdown TBH.

Oh my god! Really? If that's the case, then must be a Thursday, no change there then.

Crashy worries about my property prices much more than I do, god bless him, he is so caring.

We've been here many times. What you call a prediction is nothing more than an expression of your wishes because you're two decades into being long cash and short housing.

..and you'll exit the next crash in exactly the same way as you exited the last crash - long cash and short property.

I was thinking about Cells' suggestion that a good moneymaking plan would be to sell house crash insurance to the fearful. I was thinking about this - it already exists and it's called rent.

IG used to have a spread betting market on housing indices, I'm not sure if they still have it or not.

Mmmm...you didn`t see the landlord tax coming, you didn`t see Brexit coming, chances are you won`t see the next big crash coming :rotfl: Think I missed the link to that house you sold, any chance of posting it up again?
