Taking Experian to court for refund of statutory fee (£2)?

I agree with the principle of your argument: you've paid for a service you haven't received.
Ignore everyone mocking you over £2 - they're the kind of people that allow themselves to be taken advantage of and complain about the injustice of big business on debt forums.0 -
I earn £42000 per anum
So the 5 minutes i have taken to read through this thread has effectively cost me £1.92 in lost productivity.
I intend to start court proceedings0 -

Nobody offered you a guarantee of anything in exchange for reading it though, did they?
OP was offered a product (information) in exchange for money, and didn't receive it.0 -

I guess they dont have humour where you come from ...
I would start court proceedings if i were you
.. Incase you missed it, i was trying to make the point that the OP will have wasted far far more than £2 worth of his time to see this to conclusion ..0 -

grow up and read between the lines
How much of your time would you be willing to waste to chase £2 that is owed to you ??
My post was an attempt to make that point in a slightly humerous and tongue in cheek manner.
I apologise if that was lost on you - My bad ..
Please - continue with your advice to the OP0 -

I missed it.
Administration costs and interest associated with the claim can be applied for.
As I said earlier, I agree with the principle of the claim: it's not just about £2
What are you even contributing this thread?
This forum is supposed to be about consumer support, help and advice, and an attempt to stick together to get big business to improve their ways.
Unless it's over £2?
You mock someone who has the nerve to stand their ground and follow the correct procedures for not receiving the service they paid for?
!!!!ing hypocrites.0 -

No, this forum is suposed to be about credit file and ratings - it seems you are in the wrong place.
Im not mocking anyone - I was simply (as i said) trying to make the OP look at this from the point of view that is it really worth his time and stress ..
Just write off the 2 squid and move on..
I will back out now and let you continue with your so far exemplarory advice to the OP on how to get his £2 back.
I wish you luck and hope it doesnt take up too much more of your time.
I would prefer to roll a £2 down the grid than bother myself with all the work that will have to go into this ..0 -
