umm if you click on the media creation tool it will download it to your machine , you then click run and follow destructions

how else can you burn it to a dvd?
- Run the media creation tool.
- Select Create installation media for another PC.
- Choose the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10.
- Follow the steps to create the installation

So have you got a .iso file already downloaded?
If so then can't you just locate it in File Explorer, right click and select "Burn to Disc"?0 -
why bother doing that
