I know just don't wanna get any more tickets from another parking company. There's actually nowhere else in the area. Might have to see if I can just leave it at my friends.0

That's exactly what we mean - a friend who is not just round the corner, or HCE will find it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

it's with the high court now
Have you had Court judgements against you for these tickets or is the case still in process?
Have CAB called you back? Sometimes you need to go and see them / make an appointment. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Is the HA a registered Charity? If so, it might be worth complaining to the Charity Commissioners. HAs should allow PPCs to treat their tenants thusly.
Have you complained to the HA?

Is there a tenants' panel? If so, have you involved them? Have you complained to your local councillor/MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Not too sure about the CCJ I can't find any letter for it and I have hundred's at this point. I know it was heard in March but I'm not sure what fines it relates too. I have been to CAB on Friday and they've managed to get the case put on hold and I have sent a letter to DRP as well as to PCM about the matter to see if the pending fines they have can be put on hold also. Taking to both companies on the phone though they don't seem too interested.
I have nowhere else to park my car and as I'm on a sickness benefit I need my car to be close by for doctors and hospital visits so I've no choice but to leave it here.
I've spoke to l&q and they say that I'm 21st on the waiting list for a permit, and that the flat doesn't come with parking. I've requested them to take a look at the parking. Am still waiting to hear back from the local mp.
Surely this treatment though needs to be outlawed. Parking should just be free like it is in many other European countries. Obviously with exceptions but public car parks and residential areas should just be free. Then there wouldn't be this problem0 -
DRP are out of the loop now , as they failed to collect the monies , it was PCM who took you to court.
you need to find out the EXACT date and the court you were "tried" in.
how come you cannot find court papers sent to your address , or even a letter from the court saying you had lost?
something smells wrong here ,Save a Rachael

Sounds as if you got a claim from MCOL [Northampton] and it either did not get to you, or you ignored it.
Armed with a default judgment over the limit, they have moved it up to the High Court. So the question is a) did you get the claim paperwork e.g. did it go to the correct address or b) you ignored it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. I'm really not too sure I can't find anything on it. I've got 35 pending charges with DRP (19 for my current vehicle and 16 for my previous). The majority of them are to do with this but I also have one from parking at my dad's flat and a couple for parking at another car park. What do u suggest I do with these ones as they are still with DRP?0
