Tracking FedEx from China? (ebay)

Anyone had a FedEx claim like this? How long do i give the seller to send me replacements?

Is there a time limit for an ebay or paypal claim? So far i have not opened a case, just contacted the seller through other reason.

A fedex claim isn't your worry.

I can't open the first page of this thread so can't read the entire story. But to answer your timeline queries....

Ebay give 30 days from lastest estimated or actual delivery date. Paypal give 180 days from purchase date.

Ebay not showing the estimated delivery dates, shows as delivered.

The current listing is between 11 days and 32 days estimated. Bought on the 9th July and delivered on the 19th July, which i think was the lower end of their estimated delivery time.
So possibly only a few days left for an ebay dispute?

Whats my best chance here? Open an ebay dispute now or give them a bit more time and open a paypal one?
