Sounds like they need to be popping back to cure these annoying things.
Keep us posted and let us know which company, if you wish. Perhaps mentioning to them that you MIGHT say who, on here, would help.

I love your cooker but if it were mine and I'd paid £19000 I wouldn't be at all happy with the finish, the silicone doesn't look even to give it a better finish. I would prefer the cooker to be even with or even slightly higher than the worktop but not lower.
Are the work tops real wood? One thing I can see causing a problem is the end of the worktop don't look sealed or treated, cleaning and splashes etc. from the hob could soak in and cause the wood to warp. I may be completely wrong but it's one of the things that has put me off wooden worktop as much as I think it is a lovely finish in a kitchen they need to be looked after.0 -
Thank you. Yes it is real wood. And no they didnt treat the end of the worktop because cooker was there even before they put the worktop on.They treated the work top as last thing after they finished. One of them coming tomorrow to fix the fridge and I will tell him I am not happy.I love your cooker but if it were mine and I'd paid £19000 I wouldn't be at all happy with the finish, the silicone doesn't look even to give it a better finish.
