Would you mind if I used your post in a complaint to POPLA? I've had my appeal rejected by Wright Hassall but they wrote out to the car park operator eleven months after I submitted my appeal asking for specific evidence (it was delayed because of the appeal on the Beavis case). I'd like to use the fact that your appeal was successful on grounds of no evidence being supplied by the operator to show Wright Hassall should have accepted my appeal on the same grounds instead of asking the operator eleven months later.

I still can't believe my hospital management department turned around recently and said the car in the distant car park, not obstructing anything (people/cars/parking), the ticket was issued on Health and Safety grounds.

Health and Safety culture gone mad, its the new reason for private/Parking Charge Notices
