Just how many bottles of this do you reckon Tesco had originally? They must have sold thousands of bottles of this stuff in the last couple of days.

From the reviews, I reckon Tesco are getting rid of this because it's probably approaching the point where the taste isn't as fresh as it used to be. I'll be getting it drunk soon after it arrives, I'm sure my friends will help me Top tip is to put a shot of dark port or sherry in it, it'll balance it out and make it taste more "complex"...

Don't hold your breath on getting the Simply Garnacha. I tried to order some 3 weeks ago when it was in/out stock and they couldn't fulfill. The site isn;t a live stock site, just estimated. Here's what they said to me (a week after order accepted).

"I'm sorry some your wine was out of stock and that we were unable to tell
you sooner. I can appreciate how annoying this was for you.

The wine was in stock when you placed your order. But, between then and the delivery date, we sold more than expected.

Your wine order comes from our central warehouse, which has a much larger stock, but this also means that it is harder to update our system as the stock levels are constantly changing

I've let our buying team know about this and they'll try to make sure this
doesn't happen again."

On the plus side, they refunded my delivery. Watch out for the VEO wines too. Very cheap, but never in stock, despite what the website says! it was still live on the site while they were telling me it's out of stock.
