Had a "just in time" moment - went in the coat cupboard and felt a drip - mould and mildew spray on its side and leaking  I can't see any drips on the floor, just a little on DS hoody, no puddles, so it must have only just "gone" phew!

I've put the hoody in the washer hopefully it will rinse out before it has chance to bleach it... Also hoping I didn't splash my black jeans that I'm wearing while I scooped it up and headed for the sink...

LR all tidied, dusted and vacced, and I've vacced the stairs () and hall too :D

Any one bought a mattress recently when making the bed, mine has def seen better days, any recommendations as to where to look, online.

I got my last 2 mattresses from Ikea, they are both great and not too expensive. Obviously not the best but good value (my parents and OH all agree)!

Just back in from work, lovely day sports morning then award assembly this afternoon.
Sorted mils warfarin doses out and managed to get her home visits for the checks in future.
Made ds2s day by texting him to let him know his suits arrived for the prom on Thursday, it looks very smart. Just hope the fit is ok as he wont be back home till thurs afternoon (then has to go back to the residential Friday morning.)
Going to have a HHC or two of ironing now to try and get it all cleared.

It's not okay :( nice burgundy (was navy) streak down the sleeve...

It's because some kitchen stuff was put up there - it must have got knocked over. Everything else is upright and in baskets.

Kiddies to bed, shopping delivered and put away. Eggs were cracked and I sent back three subs. We got to keep the eggs (actually only 3 cracked once I'd washed them all) for free.

I've some laundry to put away tonight but other than that an early night I think...

Is there any way you can embellish the streak with embroidery or sew a decorative patch over it bossy?

To be honest, shopping granny probably has more stashed. It will keep for football training in winter when he wears his anorak over.

I've felt quite lethargic today. Will try be more energetic tomorrow. I should finish the ceiling actually. I'll do that while I wait for my delivery of bar stools...

Called this morning another colleague gone off sick so I have done transition for the new y3 class -as I already work with them I know them all! So that went well! Oh just realised we can do guided reading with the Thurs because we won't plan that for supply who'll be in y4. Upshot is I will be in work all week again.
