  • I cleaned some corrosion off one of the battery terminals in my torch. That was positive.

I've weeded my garden and planted out some bee friendly plants that I purchased at the Hampton Court flower show yesterday ( from some small family run English nurseries).

We've been investigating our family history....
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Another positive is the pro-EU resurgence on the continent. They look at us and see a right economic cluster !!!!, only to get worse in the coming months and years. Should be good for EU unity. That's a positive.:)

I applaud democracy at work in Europe.
Whilst I personally think it strange that the EU people accept 25-50% youth unemployment, in the end that is their democratic right to damage the future of their own youth. Personally I would see 25-50% youth unemployment as an economic disaster but I guess they are different to (some of ) us.

We aren't post Brexit, we're post Referendum.

Still in denial then. The world has already changed by virtue simply of the vote. Learn to live with it, which is the subject of this thread.

The vote didn't change the world, it was changing whichever way the vote went. That's why I spoilt my ballot, the referendum was a nonsense from start to finish.

Learning to live with the result is still an unknown. The votes are in and counted......now what..._

You are absolutely correct. The EU may be a more united and perhaps the Politiciens may listen a little more.
However that is not in our future.

I feel helpless at the moment and I am hoping that this thread will give me some ideas on how I can help move forward.
There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.
