Error 15 / Access Denied when trying to post

I'm trying to post on the thread below, but get an "access denied" message with "Error 15".

There's this link to Encapsula, which seems to be some kind of proxy DDoS protection service:

However, I can post on other threads fine. Is it just me? Is there anyone at MSE who needs to know so it can be fixed?

I just did a test post on that thread, and it worked.

Thanks. I did a test post, which worked. Then I edited and pasted my original response and got the error again.

I deleted the mention of the command prompt filename c-m-d-.-e-x-e (without the dashes), and it worked.

I guess MSE is strangely paranoid about any mention of executable files...?

It the same with the mention of the name of certain system** directories.

/sbin/init seems Ok though, so the paranoia seems only MS based.
