Can I just ask, when sending a letter to CSA do I just put my first and middle name as BW Legal sent and a squiggle as I don't know whether CSA will pass on my name to BW Legal saying they've had a complaint from xxxx when they don't know my surname it appears.
Make sure you have identified any alleged breaches properly, if complaining.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you checked the CSA list to make sure BW Legal are still CSA members? Your complaint looks like a humdinger, providing BW Legal are still in the CSA - as they were last time it was mentioned.
They still list CSA on their website, and they are listed on CSA's website. I literally went through everything and compared it to the letter they sent and decided if from my point of view I found it to breach what I read from the CSA.0 -

Annoyingly, looking on the CSA website there is a complaint form, do you think they would accept my letter as is or should I fill in theirs referring them to my letter in the relevant places? Thanks.

I have filled in their form in the relevant places, asking them to see the attached letter for the points I feel have been breached. I think that will be sufficient. These will be going in the post today!!!0

B W Legal are registered with the SRA
The SRA code of practice states
IB(11.7) "taking unfair advantage of an opposing party's lack of legal knowledge where they have not instructed a lawyer;"
So your points regarding their letters not fully explaining the CCJ process would I assume be classed as taking unfair advantage!!!

Received a letter today from the CSA acknowledging my letter, saying they are investigating and are in contact with BW Legal to ascertain whether they have breached. So it's a waiting game now.0
