Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

There’s been a delay in getting our latest round of docs off to Precise so we’ve got to wait even longer. Not even stressed anymore because it’s become a way of life this waiting, ha ha!

Hi @jobo13 we instructed val last wed but there was abit of an issue with phone lines between surveyor and developer, so I ended up having to make calls to make sure everyone could communicate 🙈🤣
but we had our valuation this morning... so just waiting for offer now.
Hopefully you’ll get your val date asap.
Oh no!!! @Tinojino but your not wrong, it’s not worth the stress!!! Hopefully it will all of a sudden all come together for you.

Hey all! We finally got all documentation signed off last Friday and valuation is booked for next week. I just hope that goes smoothly.

great news!! Just out of curiosity, did you ever notice the hard searches on your account? Apologies if this wasn't you 🙈
Our valuation has been instructed but I still can't see any searches?

That was me. Nope still nothing showing, the only thing I can see is a soft search done the day we submitted the application. The only thing I can think of is I only use clear score to check and maybe it's not showing on there... Or maybe that is still to come!

Hi @Kolacat our searches didn't show up on clear score, they were showing on Experian, so you may find them on there. That's great news regarding your val being booked yay!

@homelyhome4 thank you, that's what I have been thinking. I won't bother checking, I will just leave it in the hope that they have done it. Very pleased about the valuation, it's relieved some of the stress. I hope you get your mortgage offer soon 😊

All systems seem to be go on here at the min!
@Kolacat I'm the same, I've checked all credit agencies and can't see the searches but hey ho, not letting that worry me at the min.
Our valuation is Monday but I just had an email from our broker saying Precise have advised the only thing they are waiting on is the valuation ... 
@homelyhome4 have you heard how the valuation went?
