Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

Thanks, although what I read the valuation doesn’t actually mean they’ve finished assessing etc. Trying to take some solace in that I doubt they’d go for valuation if they weren’t comfortable lending.

It’s a new build and being done desktop so nothing too complicated.

Wow I'm hoping we hear something soon then?! We've not heard anything since Tuesday when we were only asked for two extra pieces of information.

When is your rough exchange of contracts date? Our broker is trying to hurry ours along as it is supposed to be 10th july..... so that won't be happening I'm assuming 🤣

When is your rough exchange of contracts date? Our broker is trying to hurry ours along as it is supposed to be 10th july..... so that won't be happening I'm assuming 🤣

We're the same haven't heard anything since Wednesday after sending more info back. Our contracts are supposed to be exchanged on the 22nd and we sold our house and have to be out 24th, so we don't know whether it will be a few weeks of living at the parents with two toddlers (eeeeek) or do we rent but theres no short lets. I just wish we knew so we can make decisions.
I think if we haven't heard anything next week then we will just have to make plans.

Heard anything since sending your info last Wednesday? In the grand scheme of things, I know we haven't waited very long but this wait is nerve wracking.....

No nothing yet, but I called precise this morning as couldn't get hold of broker and they said our last lot of docs we sent Friday hadn't been reviewed yet but should expect a reply by Wednesday, so here's hoping...

Hope everyone is having better luck than us! We were told we should have an answer today/tomorrow but instead they just want more documents. Six weeks and counting!

Having a nightmare with precise just when i think things are almost complete they request more documents. I think the most annoying part is they request one document at a time then it takes another few days for them to review or sometimes even a week.
