Final heard on Monday. Requested P60s, our landline no. and the gifted deposit form. Here’s to waiting another week at least for them to be reviewed. Hope one of us gets an answer soon, I need to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

We finally got approval of all docs yesterday and they have instructed valuation, we'll get valuation date tomorrow. Hang in there everyone;-)

That's great news! Hope it all goes smoothly for you now. We have been asked for yet more documents! No end in sight for us yet.

Fab news! We have heard nothing in 8 days, they have requested one lot of documents. We applied nearly three weeks ago now 😔

@jobo13 hopefully you will hear something soon. We have been waiting 7 weeks so fingers crossed yours is more straight forward than ours.

I’ve been a bit of a lurker but hope this thought help someone ..

sole applicant ..25% deposit 
( in Scotland)

22 May - DIP- hard search done 
31st May - full application -soft search showing 
questions every day! I thought they wanted a kidney or something at one point. 

16th June - valuation instructed 
22nd June - valuation booked ( only opened up on 29th June In Scotland 
8th July -   Valuation took place 
10th July - offer received 🙌🙌🙌

the stress is something else ...so relieved 😭😭

We’ve been told today unless house is built by 31st December we can’t use Help to Buy. Current aim is to complete in December so absolutely touch and go. 

Really disappointing as the builders don’t sound too hopeful.

gutted as things were progressing.
