It looks very strange to me, at first I thought maybe it was a typo as they did put Miss x on all, so I thought maybe the s on she didn't print etc but then see him, so no, it doesn't - to me - look like a mistake, and in that case should be dealt with.

I feel that as it's happened more than once, i'd be wanting an explanation from that person as to WHY, and also complaining to her employers as maybe (and I would think) it would be a part of her job to treat clients/customers? with respect and you won't be the first transgender person they have dealt with i'd think. I'd also want an assurance it wouldn't happen again, and the person had been retrained or whatever, but wouldn't sue

I don't know that it would cause someone without BPD (which I do have), to feel the same way, if *I* got called Mr x i'd just say 'I'm sorry, it's Ms' and if it happened again, i'd probably ask for a second outside with the Support Worker (who I think should've spoken up), and said if they don't have some respect I will leave, but then it's very easy to say what *I* would do, before it happens to me! And believe me, no female wants to be him/Mr etc transgender or not! Even if using my full name, not shortened name (which I go by) it would annoy me, it's lack of respect for anyone, no matter who

I think (just my thoughts) that *anybody*, transgender or not, black/white, male/female etc should be treated with respect and it's no worse to refer to you as Mr/he, than to refer to *me* as it, because I too would be fuming! It sounds like the person was intentionally doing it, maybe due to their issues who knows, and should have to answer to that, but not by suing
