eBay Neutral Christmas Savings Challenge

 Is it too late to join in with only about 33 days until Christmas????
I've just started a big eBay listing session with the express purpose of paying for Christmas so I thought it would be cool to have some motivating company?
I know I'm cutting it fine! The last two months we've had lots of car related expenses and then some wassock has driven into the side of it and as it was an old heap the insurance company will give us buttons probably.
So extra money for Christmas is an absolute must.

I have a confession to make:o I simply could not be bothered to list any items for the last 3 weeks I have no excuse apart from complete lazyness.
SO! seeing as its Monday and Christmas is only 5 weeks away I have been listing all morning and have 8 items listed - It takes me ages though even with the quick sell thingy on.
I now feel less guilty looking on this thread and can now post instead of just lurking:D.... a bit of guilt from Jamtart did the trick
I havent listed the items that I should of done at the weekend..but everything has been going mad here at the moment, but I really need to get my finger out with christmas being 5 weeks away.
I still have items to list but nothing of "real" value so it will be lots of listings for the odd £1 lol, but its better in my pocket than sitting around cluttering everywhere up.0 -

I have not heard the word WASSOCK in years!!!!! Jacks that made me laugh so much ! Sorry to hear about all your unexpected expenses. 33 days is more than enough to make even £20 back - its £20 you didnt have when you started! Best of luck!!! :T

Sally_Savings - my whole £317 has not sold an item over £10 - the majority have been 99p items. (Just imagine how much we had to clear out !)
Final push today, - Ive cleared the shed, cleared the craft items, and cleared the stuff out of the loft (for now, loads more for next year) so going to do all descriptions and photos this morning ! :T
EDIT: Got about 15 things to re-list and about 25 new items.I've scoured the place but dont think it'll make me my £93- good news though - got my cd wow voucher from pigsback today, and hopefully at least one more before xmas!! hurrah!! so thats 2 less presents i have to spend cash on!!

Cheers lovelies,
I am on a mission with this now! I've spent most of this evening listing and photographing.
I'd love to cover all of Christmas from my eBaying, but I think I'd better aim for bauble status and take it from there.
Thanks for the encouragement! :T

PS Wassock came about because I was trying not to say anything worse!;)(and it seemed applicable in the circumstances!)

First of all apologies for not keeping up with the thread - my computer has been playing up and I have not been very well at all so have only been online to check on bits as and when I needed too. So big hugs to you all I have missed this thread.
Glad to hear that you are all doing so well, its a good feeling knowing all the good work people are doing.
I will update my signature later today with all the ebay sales over the past few weeks, which my darling husband has been listing for me and posting out for me when I havent been up to it.
Anyway hope you are all ok - keep up the good work
Lots of love
Vicky

Hi
feelin real guilty cos Jamtart sent me the spreadsheet and I haven't reported back.
I got off to a good start listing a few items and sold one for £17 ish. I was well chuffed and sent it to the buyer. Unfortunatley Parcel Farce lost it and I have had to refund the buyer. So instead of £17 ish up I am £8 postage down. I don't suppose you have any minus levels?!!?
I had made a little bit but this has wiped it out. It was only when I read that most of your sales Jamtart were for 99p that I feel I may give it another go. It may be a bit late for this year now, but I was thinking it would be good to save all ebay & amazon money I make next year towards xmas next year?
Anyway I still think its a FAB idea and will definately try to get going again.
