Computers won't find BT home hub.

All the other devices are connected but none of the computers can find the home hub on wifi.
They can detect all the neighbours but not ours. BT say it's not a problem with the hub despite the fact the latest drivers have been installed by plugging into the hub.
Any suggestions other than a new ISP?

Do the computers use the same wifi band as the Home Hub? It seems unlikely that they wouldn't but if they are very old it's possible.0

Have you made 100% sure that the hub WiFi is turned on and broadcasting the SSID?
Checked the WiFi light(assuming it has one) is on?
Tried rebooting the hub?
If none of your devices is seeing the WiFi from it and they were yesterday the only sensible conclusion is that the issue lies with the hub. If you've done all those things and it still isn't showing then despite what their rep says it must be broken - call again and ask for higher level support if you still get the same response.0 -

Can you borrow a smart phone/tablet (from a relative/friend), and check if one of those can "see" the hub?0

I don't see what good that will do when it can be used with phones and tablets.0 -
Are there any common factors, eg. android phones can see hub, iphone/ipad can see hub, windoze pc's (what version) cannot see hub? Can you give more specifics, also is this a hub5 or hub4?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Hub5
Anything Apple can see it.
Three Windows machines cannot Windows 7 and 8.
One Windows 8 can see it.0
