Go into the router settings and make sure that "Smart Setup" is switched off.

Smart Setup is supposed to make it easier to connect to the homehub, but some devices just don't like it.0

Strider and Gunjack are quite correct - it is a known problem with the 5ghz band of the HH5. If you take the setting off Auto and just use the 2.4ghz band it might also correct any issues, as will changing channel to 11 rather than 6, which seems to be default. Its a glitchy router but is fast and stable once you get the settings sorted out.0
