Vodafone not receiving text from EE

Hi Im with Vodafone and just discovered Im not receiving some texts from my friends (5) who are with EE. Occasionally they do come through but if 4 are sent at once, I might get 2 of them. Ive spoken to Vodafone chat who said there isnt a problem with the network or on my account. Ive re-started the phone and also changed…

Ah I didn't think of going on the Vodafone forum, I contacted them direct. Its a bit extreme that Ive had to reset my phone but a lot of the people I contact were on EE, I had to do it.
