Hi, we move threads if we think they’ll get more help elsewhere (please read the forum rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board. If you have any questions about this policy please email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.
I’ve moved your thread from the ‘I wanna’ board to the ‘Mobile Phones’ board, where it is better suited.

'Whats App' can be used on Wifi so yes, anywhere in the world there is wifi.

You have given me plenty to think about, thank you all....but one last question please.
Because this phone will be used in France during the summer months, via the internet only as the mobile reception is dire where we will be stayingcan anybody envisage any problems that could arise?
Just one more :rotfl:....what is 4G?

Which problems do you envisage?
I don't see any issues arising. As long as the wifi is connected you will be fine.
4G is the mobile data. You not seen tv ads advertising a phone companies 4G network eg Kevin Bacon on the EE ads.0
