I'll write again asking for a POPLA code and appeal which I'll post up here first for your expert opinion.

Just do a simple repeat of your appeal (saying it was already posted on xx/xx/16) and submit that ONLINE this time; do not 'write again' snail mail, that is such a waste of time and hands a PPC on a plate, the excuse of pretending an appeal never arrived.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
