WH are solicitors, but they may not be acting for PPCs very mmuch longer. They are being investigated for demanding monies for which their client has no entitlement , that £236 is one example. They lie they threaten, they mislead and they avoid giving answers to legitimate questions.

You just needed to prune the wording, remove waffle & repetition to make it fit! Anyone (not just us here) could have done that, you don't need to know anything about defences to shorten some sentences and spot repetition. Boil it down a bit and it would fit.
Never mind, an email with the defence attached, then a phone call tomorrow, will ensure that the Court has logged the defence and put your mind at ease.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have had confirmation from the court that they have received it and are forwarding it to CEL so hopefully they wont want the headache and that will be the end of it. It is a shame that they can legally operate and carry on harassing the general public in this way.
Thanks for your massive assistance so far with thisTis better to be thought a fool and remain silent
