The claimant believes that the facts stated in this claim form are true and I am duly authorised by the claimant to sign this statement signed Mr Michael Schwartz (claimants legal representative)Tis better to be thought a fool and remain silent

This is covered every single day and in the NEWBIES thread, about acknowledging the claim online first, leaving the defence box blank. Do that first.
Read 'Small Claim?' in the NEWBIES thread and the links under that heading.
Search the forum for 'CEL defence'. Show us your draft, you will have extended the defence period to 28 days by acknowledging it online (AOS) if it;'s an MCOL claim from Northampton central court.
Take heart - we've never seen a CEL claim that we've helped with a defence for in 2016, go to a hearing. They all go quiet, like this one, once the poster does the right things and submits a decent defence:

Why not compare notes by pm with this person:

We do not expect this to go to a hearing but you really need get off your little thread, step out of 'forum isolation' (never stay on one thread) and see the forum for what it is, full of information for you to find. Absolutely shedloads of defences here and CEL ones are among the very easiest to defend. Highly unlikely to end up with a hearing, you'd be the first here this year if so (and the hearing would just be a meeting in a room at your local court and the amount, if you lost, would not be over £200).
For the love of GOD get a grip, this will now end it and will cost you nothing! Just some reading needed & a bit of work to copy & adapt a defence, once you have first acknowledged it (every thread about defences says what to do).
DO NOT PAY TO MAKE IT GO AWAY - DON'T BE SUCH VICTIMS...YOU ARE ON A FORUM WHERE CEL IS BEATEN ALL THE TIME.
You've just had a well-meaning Coupon-mad talking to...you CAN do this!
Hi thanks for the info but I'm really struggling. I've spent a few hours trying to find more information. I'm now at the stage of selecting a response, having just completed the acknowledgement of service online. I'm unsure of what to do now and how to defend it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Tis better to be thought a fool and remain silent

have you contacted the SRA to see if the court papers are legal , if they are signed by a person under sanction , then the papers are signed illegally and are null and void,
the link to the sra is in that earlier postSave a Rachael

I have emailed him and the content being
I wonder if you can please help me, I have received a county court business centre claim against me relating to a PCN and it is signed with the statement
“The claimant believes that the facts stated in this claim form are true and I am duly authorised to sign this statement
Signed Mr Michael Schwartz (claimants legal representative)”
I believe that Mr Michael Schwartz is suspended from being employed in this position and that it is your department that enforced this ban, I refer to your letter
CDT/1175001-2016/AN3 dated 12th October 2016 to D P Dance.
Is this claim agains me legal and is Mr Michael Schwartz permitted to act in this position?Tis better to be thought a fool and remain silent
