No, I don't care to comment on it because I have NO IDEA what you're on about!! I don't know who any of these other users are, have never visited these other forums you mention and cannot believe the bloody-minded obstinacy with which you daminingly indict me. It strikes me that there is absolutely no point in having forums such as these if you are going to assume everyone is lying all the time and it's just a massive conspiracy. I am a genuine first-time buyer with no chain on either side of this purchase who is sincerely seeking advice. Plus, as I have said, I have made up my mind to go ahead with my purchase so how on earth am I talking the market down??
I'm aware that I'm almost certainly wasting my time as you've clearly made up your mind that I'm a conniving liar. I just hope that you don't treat everyone who stumbles into your lair and asks for help as if they were scum - sometimes, people are what they say they are.0
