In September 2015 I very naively went with a ppi who charged me a fee of 495 to my credit card. I have been in contact with arb advisory on a regular monthly basis until this week where I was told no ppi claim would standard therefore my 495 will be refunded by the company, great I thought, until they told me the actual company I went with rock law went into administration and I would have to ring citizen advice to see how they can help me. I then went straight to the Internet to find rock law was in fact in administration but had been since October 15.
Please help me get my 495 back I have been paying interest on my credit card since and I am struggling to pay my credit card bill. I have contacted my credit card company Natwest but they advise they are unable to help due to the time frame.

Perhaps addedvaluebob would care to tell us how this ambulance chaser has added value?
Take your case to the Legal Ombudsman as indicated on thread shown by amersall.
Also, go back to the credit card company and tell them you are making a claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 so they cannot try to hide behind an artificial timeframe.0 -

If you have a complaint against Rock Law Ltd, we can now accept these and you do not need to contact Rock Law Ltd first.
You can find a complaint form available on our website http://www.legalombudsman.org.uk/cmc/#download-form or you can contact us on 0300 555 0333 and we can talk to you about possible options.

And just learn from this.
1 - you say you were mis-sold PPI
2 - now you were mis-sold by a claims company about PPI.
Please take more care in future. You cant keep repeating this as the amounts will likely get larger and you may not get the money back.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
