Hi all Im quite new too. Posted quite a bit in the beginning but because I didnt agree with everyone and had my own opinion ( not allowed? ) I decided not to post and just to read. I would love to be more involved but dont want to get shot down in flames everytime I bother.
Great read tho!0 -

I think it just goes like this at this time of year, did last year. We'll have an influx again come mid-Jan.
I keep up with diaries and help newbies as much as possible but that's about it lately. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

It's people gearing up for Christmas.
Yes - honestly...
Firms will be receiving orders for all the Christmas stuff, they'll be ramping production up, jobs become easier - overtime becomes easier. Debts become a bit less pressing.
Then as you say - January comes, the credit bills come too, and the seasonal jobs go."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Of course you're allowed a different opinion - though forums are difficult places to have discussions if you're not used to them, as there are no subconcious emotional cues to feed off.
This can lead people to think others are angrier than they are for example - or dismissive when they're not being. Liberal use of the smilie is usually called for...
 :j
:grouphug:
I'm probably one of the worst for disagreeing with people...

Don't think of posting as a chore - but as a pleasure. Post when you want to, not because you "should"."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

see i tend to find i'm nervous about giving advice support and hugs no probs i can even manage a wee flirt (not very good at it though) but when it comes down to the nitty gritty of advice giving i dont feel qualified enough and i always have in the back of my head the fact that i dont know the person personally so i cant make the decision for them ...does that make any sense...but i do love this place and try and spend as much time as possible here i have in the past found it a bit cliquey but that is only because people become firm friends and i cant blame them ..i have never felt personally shut out or ignored or anything ...now back to th flirting hows my handsome sexy cat with the frog head? (see i told you i was no good at flirting)0
