The heating thing - a mate moved to a new place and found that he had a heating boiler that had more than the regular on-off twice a day timer he was used to - and discovered not long after moving in that the heating was set to come on during the day when he was out and he only found out by chance when he nipped home one lunchtime to find his flat sweltering, have you checked your timer? -as some other posters have said - check where the pipes and other flats hot water tanks are...
There are loads of very easy things to check before you (and anyone else) start questioning your sanity! Invest 20 quid in a minimum - maximum thermometer and check out the temperature when you wake up hot.
It is a process of elimination really so work your way though all the ideas given on this threat about beds, boilers, pipes etc and then try the GP (rather than Dr Google) for assessment of symptoms. All of the above is a lot cheaper and less stressful than moving house which may or may not be the very last resort.

BTW - does the same thing happen if you sleep over at a friends or on your own sofa?

Being at the top will mean you collect everyone else's heat - been there - not much way to get rid of that heat other than windows open all day and night, even got an air con unit which helped a lot.

Mobile signals move mostly on a horizontal plane, so being underneath is probably the best way to not be affected at all.
To err is human, but it is against company policy.
