FTB, horrible mistake?

I wouldn't completely dismiss the suggestion, there are many medical conditions which are not yet discovered and this is something which would rock governments, large corporations, councils so no doubt they are posting "its all in the mind"
I would be the same as the OP and If it really is effecting your health (after you have spoken to the doctor etc) you know your own body, I would sell up0 -
Med school doesn't deal with this, but does deal with psychological health, so I guess the doctor might be of some use.0

For goodness sake.
Either:
- OP has a physical health problem of some description
- or the mast is indeed a problem
- or there is something else physical that is affecting the flat (eg flat roof or memory foam mattress)
There is NOT a 4th option (of lets all cast aspersions on OP personally - ie their mind). I see no evidence of anything wrong with them at that level - but people who make comments like that on the other hand....one wonders....0 -
I think your problem "now" is that you have fallen out of love with your flat, whether or not the masts are affecting you.
If I was in your position I think I would cut my losses and decide to look for somewhere else, which will be a hassle, but in the long run you just need to be happy and contented with your home.
You could maybe rent it out for a year if that is possible, you live somewhere else and see how your health is. Then you will have a better reason for selling and the hassle of finding another home.0 -

Of course there's a 4th option: none of the 3 you have mentioned apply, but the OP has mentally convinced herself that there is an issue and that has caused the manifestation of psychosomatic symptoms. I'm not a psychologist/psychiatrist and I imagine you aren't either so neither of us is in a position to make a definitive judgement, as you appear to have done, either way.0 -

What's the 'flat roof' option??0 -
I think what people are saying is that I'm sure it would be pointless going through another move only to find it's your mattress (that you'd presumably take with you!).
Try every avenue first.
And don't rule out early menopause! Get yourself checked. Friend of mine had horrendous night sweats - nothing in the day. They did find a benign tumour on her pancreas and put it all down to that, then her periods stopped and they realised it was indeed a fairly early menopause which they'd ruled out.
Sleep elsewhere for a few nights (hotel? friend's? family?) to see if it happens there.

If you think that the suggestion of possible mental or psychological difficulties is 'casting aspersions' or some kind of insult/accusation then to be honest that actually says more about you.0 -
In your personal opinion maybe....as noticed on a few occasions before....0

There isn't (or shouldn't be) the same stigma attached to mental or psychological illness that there used to be. Most people recognise that its just as real as physical illness and can have just as much impact on a person's life if not more. The idea that its a slur is actually quite offensive these days.0
