Bullying from Boss - Untrue Allegations Made Against Me

Indeed I work in one of those sectors and for some parts of our work we have need to use social media....
The first allegation of improper communication with my boss I was issued a verbal warning for which stays on file for 6 months rather than the usual 12 and I will still get my bonus and simply will not have rights for promotions for that period. Nothing else was taken away, so it's a verbal warning but a lighter than standard one.
The swearing allegation was completely thrown out and withdrawn in the end and there were no charges to answer based on this, they stated that there was nothing to back this up and that there is nothing to suggest that I would use swear words or call my boss the names that I was alleged to have done so and based on the complete testification I gave about the meeting.
The allegation of Social media mis-use resulted in no formal action, just a reminder of the company code of conduct and being supplied a copy of it and information on what the process involved and clarifying all points of it. They stated that the accusation that I was mis-using it during work time was a result of poor communication between myself and my boss rather than misconduct.
They also stated that they could see that I was genuine in my assertions that there was a strained and awkward relationship between myself and my boss with little trust because of actions that have happened on both side and thanked me for my candour and open nature during the disciplinary process and invited a HRBP to try and work on resolving issues between me and my boss as they can see there is a real issue there and want to resolve it and my bosses new boss has also offered his support when needed in relation to quality reviews which he is now addressing. (perhaps explains the sudden upturn?)
Essentially I was very happy with the outcome, the HR Rep who I saw in the disciplinary meeting who I had no dealings with or even saw before was very good and understanding and she seems to be the first person who "gets it" the fact that she c ame into the meeting totally fresh to the situation was a huge benefit, since she judged things based on not knowing any people involved.0 -

Well done - good to see that the proper channels worked and hopefully you feel like you have a bit more support going forwardTo err is human, but it is against company policy.0 -
I'd still stick in the grievance about your managers previous attitude problems towards you.
After all, how long before he decides to start on you again.Never Knowingly Understood.

Given the charges that were dismissed, it is now going to look less favourable for the boss, so if this comes up again, hopefully the OP will be prepared to keep track of everything and the truth will out.To err is human, but it is against company policy.0
