All the very best of luck.
Yes, it`s next to the space for those who won`t drop their price because they believe the house is "worth" £X.0 -

Sell your place, move into rented and hope matey hangs on long enough to sell to you.
Oh, and don't believe the EU carp. That won't be the reason.
Mark, I think you've read things the wrong way round, it's the OP's buyer that's pulled out so it's not a question now of selling and renting, it's finding another buyer quickly that's the issue.0 -
Maybe buyer is spooked by headlines like these?

Have tried to explain this to our vendor but somehow he wasn't interested in knocking off £100K

This happened to us about a year ago and we lost our perfect house. Buyer just emailed our solicitor saying they were dropping out with no explanation at all. Lost the perfect house and since then we've had a year from hell. Eventually got lovely new buyers who have stuck with us but have had horrors turn up late with every house we've tried to buy (including current new build woes).
I wish we had gone back to first buyer and offered to drop price by 5-10k. It would have hurt, and may not have worked, but we would have been spared lots more rubbish. May not be right for you but if you are really wanting a particular house may be worth considering.0 -

You're a better person than me lol - I would have cut my nose off to spite my face.
I honestly think all these numpties think the price will change at midnight. The market has gone dead. I'm bloody sure that once we have a result and once people realise the sky hasn't fallen in, the market will be FLOODED with houses, possibly pushing prices up further. Even if it's an out vote, people may panic sell.
The world's gone mad.

My buyer has withdrawn citing the EU referendum as well.0
