I wanted to buy 100 shares in P&O (well carnival) about 3/4 years ago, as if you cruise a lot it is well worth it, as you get free OBC every time you cruise, but I did not have the free cash at the time, they have over doubles now, would have been a lovely investment, I would have have had over the price of the shares back by now in dividends and OBC. *sigh*

Dad had carnival. Had them back when carnival bought p and o cruise business. Got a huge payout. Think it was equal to value of p and o shares plus same value in carnival. Was around 2008 I think.
They are another steady company at the moment. You are highly unlikely to lose money and if the shareholder bonus is worth something to you then go for it.

Mitchell and Butler give 25%off vouchers to shareholders. Think we got 20 each year and this was for a holding worth £300. I know zippy uses their pubs.
Most shareholder perks have been done away with now.

Mum gets p and o retirees discount which I think off season is very good as she worked at head office before she retired. Shame it is not transferable.

As usual, its stupid of me, but I am the sort of person, that now how I have seen what I could have had, I will not buy them. :rotfl:

    Morning :)

Multi missing off new Princes & Del Monte canned fruit offer, £1.00 each or 2 for £1.50

    https://groceries.asda.com/promotion/2-for-pound350/ls87524

Some (not all) of the Princes are on offer in Tesco at 80p each. Making them 47p a can (thanks squigs :T ) I can’t see any good comparison for the Del Monte.

24 pack Weetabix golden syrup flavour not updated as yet, £2.68 each, offer 2 for £4.00. Confirmed working yesterday.

    https://groceries.asda.com/promotion/2-for-pound350/ls87511

On offer in Morries at 2 for £3.00. £5.36 v £3.00 so £1.34 for 2 boxes after APG.

Multi still missing off Heinz meals, offer 5 for £3.00.

    https://groceries.asda.com/promotion/2-for-pound350/ls87515

Ravioli £1.00, Macaroni Cheese £1.05, Spaghetti Bolognese £1.07 and Spaghetti with Sausages £1.05. On offer in Waitrose 2 for £1.50.

Buy in 10’s. Confirmed working yesterday, 21.5 p a can after APG

The Heinz Chilli beans, BBQ Beans and Beans Curry, all 95p, on offer in Morries 2 for £1.50.

Buy in 10’s. £3.25 for 10 tins. Confirmed working last night, thanks to marmite’s shop.

Thanks squigs for the sums :T

Might be worth checking on asda link before shopping that they haven’t dropped the unit price (as they did with the cereals down to £2 a box).

Multi still missing off the Kellogg's cereals but obviously not comparing as well as they could have.

    https://groceries.asda.com/promotion/2-for-pound350/ls87518

I didn’t notice any cereal confirmations yesterday.

My Up and Go drinks all paid out fully on COS even though they are reduced to 35p:)

Watch out for the Red BBQ rubs they have started reducing them in A too. Now down to 75p so not quite cheap enough:)

    interesting.
my Sainsbobs often has the up and go reduced in their damaged tins section but I assumed that a RTC priced item would not be acceptable for COS or Q
I've also seen the bio live in the reduced chiller cabinet for £1 - but didn't have the nerves to buy
