We knew there was a school when we moved in. What we didn't realise is just how bad it really would be. There are single yellows all across but that doesn't mean anything apparently
Just reading back and saw this...I have lived here for over thirty years and all my kids went to the primary in my road...in those days parents walked and now the "mad mothers" as we call them, give us daggers for using our drive.
I once asked one to move as she had completely blocked me in..I was careful to be extra nice about it but she launched into a tirade of abuse, ending in "do you know who I am- I'll get you beat up ?"
I was mortified so even if it makes me late now I won't ask unless my life depends upon it.0 -

I have no idea, I just like the sound of the word :rotfl:There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -

I've hurt my arm somehow. Some of you'll know that my elbow is pinned, well about an inch below the elbow joint there is a small swelling which hurts to the touch
Very much doubt I could have busted a screw. Gonna keep an eye on it.
I'd always planned to get the metal removed but the only thing that is putting me off is the time out of action for the stitches to heal.Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
