:(:( I'm having similar problems with Dads BT email.
Mum has only just learnt to use emails & the amount of daily spam emails that are in his inbox are frightening her.
Every day 30 odd emailsAll similar in content & wording.
Can't block them :mad: "Generic Error"
I was going to change his password but after reading this I won't.
I just mark them as spam & delete.
Have you your first contact in address book aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa@aaaaaaaaaa.com?
stops them going through your contacts
As long as he is only the recipient of the spam snap and not sending any I do think at the moment changing password on BT is bit of a minefield. Think BT have not admitted their have been issues and some people are angry when they have connected it has said something on the lines that their account has been compromised and to change password and then they are ok that session and then get locked out again. Have read lots of madness....
We were waiting for important email and was told would have to wait 24 hours before trying to log in again and possibly 48 hours to fix which seems to be the patter of online chat. Not good for service you pay for.0 -

So, after spending most of Wednesday in the assessment unit waiting to be sent for a scan I was told they hadn't any gaps and anyway I would have to have another chest X-ray before saud scan as mine was too old. What at 5 weeks old
They didn't ring me as promised in Thursday with a time but yesterday morning I got the call :j
I had to go and gave X-ray late morning and once that had been assessed I would be called to go for a VQ Scan. So far so good.
Off I set, got to hospital and went for chest X-ray at 10.30am, the plan was that the department would ring me on mobile to tell me a time but it would be afternoon so I had time for a coffee and a bite to eat :T. I had no intention of spending all day in the assessment unit bired witless so after coffee I went outside and found a lonely bench seat in the shade and there I sat reading.
Now too much coffee can play havoc on the bladder so at that point I decided to go inside, find the toilets then go sit somewhere and read until I got the call,
My dilemma then began. I'm in the loo and hovering when my mobile started to ring  phone in bag ha gibing in back if door, as one does  I'm in a panic as don't want to miss the call so I'm trying to get my phone, knickers to my knees which then drop to ankles as I locate ohone and answer  I then have to find a pen and paper to write down how to get to Nuclear Medicine  by this time I'm thinking, I hope no one can see my knickers around my ankles from under the door as I'm chatting away on the phone.
Anyway, call over I was then able to adjust my clothing and get the hell out of there. and back to some sort of normality :rotfl: :rotfl:
Scan all done I had to wait to see Consultant for the results which you all know was clear if clots and nasties. :j
And now, back to business :rotfl: :rotfl:There's no place like home
