Yesterday was write off laptop played up so thought best do a full virus scan didn't fird a problem so hope complete shutdown will have sorted.

And also I'm meant to be at manor now but major flare up of OA not good sign pain in my feet too. :(. Think heat has affected it although been fine both times I went to turkey. Wondering if maybe I don't drink enough, no not alcohol David. :p.

Tiny I wish I knew what makes OA flare up. I can barely move this morning, I've dropped 2 coffee mugs so far this morning  and can't stand straight. I do think heat is partially to blame here in UK, when I've been abroad in hot heat I've never had a problem

Look at that, I can post today :T
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

Good morning all, seems a bit cooler today for which I am thankful. Can I ask why people who are having trouble logging in, why log out at all. I never log out and have had no trouble that way.
Yesterday I decided to prune back some of the plants in my garden and somehow even though I was wearing trousers I managed to get bitten by something just above my knee that has swollen to about 3 inches across into a massive bump. I just cant imagine what can have done it and I never felt a thing.

In Mr TS"s case it was because lots of us got spam email from him not from the actual btinternet address it had a different @xxxxxxx but if you weren't careful you might have thought from him. So it seemed someone had accessed his address book so he changed the password. And then got locked out.

If you google there are loads of people locked out this way some going on for weeks. Also I read some of the outages bring up error message that you are not recognised and some people change their passwords to try and get in. Lots of angry people.

AJ I have been thinking about you hun hope you are feeling bit better today. xx

I can't understand why but there is definitely a link with the heat I have always said either when really hot or cold I can expect a bad day. I hobbled down the stairs yesterday morning :o not attempted it yet today! :rotfl: My hands were curling up two hands to hold cup of tea so glad of my mum"s one cup no heavy kettle or teapot to lift. :T

Thankfully it does feel easier today so will be off over caravan lunchtime I hope. :).
