We've got lots of lettuce growing but use very little water washing it - we have one of those spinner things and that works a treat :D

    j

    I have a spinner but have a bug phobia:eek:

That's why I stopped growing broccoli .....I just couldn't get in all the nooks and crannies:rotfl:

thanks for this - I will get a quote from them.

So you are sort of doubly insured - I suppose its better to put the goodtogoinsurance.com insurance details on the forms with your details.

Prostrate cancer is one of those ones you mostly live with and a lot of men over 80 have it - my dad did and he just had annual blood checks and if there was nothing elevated in his blood, there never was, he just lived with it, no symptoms in particular.

But as more and more people do live over 80 then the incidence of prostrate cancer and others that you just live with increases - its one of the questions uk insurance asked me about - cancers or heart conditions.

But I've always said if OH had to get air lifted off a ship then I was not going with him, I have to be dragged off ships on the final morning as it is kicking and screaming :rotfl:

I don't use the bank insurance, I just give the goodtogo ref. if asked. We would never have known about the prostate cancer if we hadn't had full health scans when Nuffield Trust were offering them half price around 12 years ago. DH showed an elevated PSA level - no symptoms at all. He has regular blood tests every few months and it gradually gone up over the years - specialist said old age would get him before the cancer and he is now 87 (still no symptoms). Goodtogo just ask if you have had any Drs visits etc in last couple of years - they don't ask for details just a straight yes or no. They cover loads of pre-existing stuff and you can opt in or out individually.

Yes it is that one gocat. The fish is a good buy at £1.50 for 2 portions but the rest is just overpriced in A:rotfl:

But good if you have an APG to use up and want to recycle:)

So we don't know what is happening with the Lynx Body Spray as bubbs paid £2 and that's what's on APG results, whereas Lango's result shows £3 which is presumably what was paid ?????
