    Morning All,

Up early to drink honey and lemon in the garden while it is sunny!

Will have to try to get to A for Chargrills today! Thank you TM for investigating.

Bought stuff for gardening and decorating yesterday. If we could spend the whole of the week on the garden, we might stand a chance of getting straight. However we are away Mon and Tues, and day out at Silverstone on Friday, so not much chance!

I did find tiny picnic blankets in Poundland which I have made into cushions for the outdoor furniture, using old pillows to stuff them. (Decluttered lots of old pillows I used to keep for sleepovers). So, 6 cushions £6. :money:

£50 and reduced to £25 you get a No 7 free gift which looks nice

I know its not cheap as we like it but worth a look

We've had thunder and lightening too. I got to thinking about my mother in law....a fabulous lady.....who had a saying for every eventuality.

She would have thought it was terrible bad luck to have a bird in the house. She was horrified when I bought curtains with birds on when we were first married:o:)
She had lots of sayings about thunder too....so to have both together would have horrified her. Bless her:A

Morning luvlies, another beaut day here.

I remember my dear old nan running around pulling the aerial out the tv and making sure all the cutlery was away in a drawer when there was even just a hint of a storm coming :rotfl: bless her,

    Morning paw sniffers:D

Already had an hour down the field.....the temperatures are cooling but perfect for gardening. I've got some serious digging to do today.

Just had a quick look at the coop deal. It ends on 30th May and I have decided to wait and see what the next one is. I have loads of garlic bread in the freezer and we don't eat a lot of pizzas. The next one might suit me better.

I've also been searching for cheap weekend honey at Lidl but can't find the offer anywhere....did I dream it?

Must crack on as I hope to get to the shops before closing too:)

House elf......your cushions sound fab....would love to see a photo:D:D

    Nanny:T. Hope you are well:)
