finding something to wear is a challenge. Its too hot for jeans and literally every dress in the wardrobe won't fit as it all dates back to when I was lithe and slim before hormones took over, the last time we had a summer. Yesterday I had to resort to the cruise dress wardrobe to find something cool and cotton that would fit

knee length skirts are fine for the garden, no one about to see me head first in a flower bed, rear in the air but then I need to find something respectable for going out later, unless it rains

and all the effort of finding something to put on puts you even more into a sweat

Can anyone offer advice? My display keyboard on the iPad is split in two, half to the left and half to the right with a gap in the middle. Checked settings but can't see anything obvious

You know what you've done don't ya' You swiped down the centre of the keyboard with a finger to separate it. Does make it easier for thumb typing

Cant for the life of me remember how to put it back

Edit: just drag the two sides of the keyboard with two fingers/thumbs in opposite directions. Then push together again to reunite.

or Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>Off.

We have cover up to 2k per illness which vet is aware of and thinks it will come in less than that. If not we'll just have to swallow. Can't get him out of my mind, he's my 4th baby

If you go to settings then keyboard you should see a 'split keyboard 'setting that can be turned on or off hth x

The heat is sweltering here, please remember folks drink plenty of water

Off to docs at 10am, then hoping to get some sleep, managed a couple of hours at most.

Having said that....and this may sound like a daft question.....can the heat affect the internet?.........ours was dodgy all day yesterday
