I came home to my freebie hotel chocolate pack from british Gas :)

I was also given a lovely HC gift pack yesterday as a belated birthday present - but I'm not a salted caramel fan :o

Its OK now - I have just managed to actually request M&S vouchers and it appears to have gone through. I will wait and see if I actually get the vouchers before I relax though. They really did seem to be having problems.

Quidco have had months to sort this technical issue, it has happened to me twice in the past and both times I was kept waiting about a week for it to be fixed and then they didn't tell me it had been sorted. And I pay for Premium membership as well!

I'm on Premium too. I don't feel we should have to keep chasing various organisations like this.

    Good morning all...

Just popping in to thank TM and bizzyLiz for the TMF sesame dressing....I've just sent off and hopefully a gift card will wing its way back.

TM...think last night you wanted a pointer about where to find it....T world food aisle was where I found mine...there are a load of leaflets near it too so quite a prominent shelf display if your local stocks it.
£2.30 ....so potential for a tiny overage if you use a 2nd class stamp for the claim or have free stamps from certain postal surveys...they send back a £3 T gift card.

Don't forget this is just a T TMF

Thank you LEJC but don't think my T stocks it:o

Well I think the whole of Mid Wales were shopping in the new ALDI today
Fourp got stroppy as it was so crowded :(
But I persisted & pushed my trolley up & down every aisle :)

Very impressed with quality & cheapness.
There was a reduced aisle. Super king cotton sateen duvet sets for £9.99 in either white or grey.
    Bean bags £1.99
Excellent door mats that were like a grid of metal £1.49.

Balloons & trolley token key rings were the freebies :)

From there we went to Ts with my Aldi shopping (in a bag) in Ts trolley. Fourp went off to Ms to get their Cheese, pork & Pickle pies. Returned & put them in my Ts shopping at till queue, so I moved them into my Aldi shopping in bag....
So that action catches the beady eye of an SA, who then hovers behind trying to peer into my bag.. :o Oh dear he thinks we are nicking stuff :eek::eek: :o:o
So I engage him in chat :) whilst opening wide the bag & pointing out our Aldi buys :)

:o:o:o remind me why I normally shop on my own :rotfl:

Same here, think she has us all on tenterhooks

Snap, that reminds me of trying to shop with OH. He is a nightmare. I never take him to a supermarket if I can help it, occasionally we will pop into Lidl (he likes the bakery) together and he has to look at EVERYTHING, some things I would rather he didn't know they sold :rotfl::rotfl:

If we go to Costco, unless he wants to go around the sampling section we will be in and out within an hour, I get no chance to look around the bits I want to look around because he wants to look around his bits and then scoot :(
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
